KAISER SOZE, Dedicated to the import and commercialization of products for industry, automotive and nautical, it assumes Quality as the fundamental pillar for the development of its activity; committing to the following principles:
- Orientation to the full satisfaction of our customers, supplying a competitive product and performing a service that meets their expectations.
- Improve relationships with our customers and collaborators. Reduce quality costs and eliminate non-quality costs.
- Reduce the total costs of Quality.
- Innovate in the search for new products that can satisfy our customers.
- Involve suppliers in our management policy. Finally, it is a firm commitment of KAISER SOZE to integrate these principles into our organizational structure and to continuously improve all processes through the implementation and maintenance of a Management System based on the Standard. ISO 9001:2015.
In any case, and always counting on the collaboration of our clients and to be able to know the service of our products in the different areas of our company. We attach a questionnaire of "customer satisfaction" so if they require it, it will be sent to our office.
